I meditate frequently (not enough), love the peace and simplicity of Nature - mountains, water and the bush, especially camping in the middle of nowhere. I am well traveled, read extensively and enjoy silence or gentle soothing music.
I have been vegetarian for 5 years, do not smoke or drink alcohol (am adverse to both), and have no children or animals - no adversity there, just personal lifestyle choices!
