I value honesty, a sense of humor, keeping an open mind, creativity, intelligence, dedication to one’s ideals, spiritual growth, and making time to enjoy life, the people we love and the beauty that surrounds us. I am outgoing, playful, and have a great sense of humor. (I will laugh at your humor and have no problem making fun of myself!) I have been told that I am very helpful and kind-hearted! I am guided by a strong belief that one can live a joyous life all while working to improve this planet! It is difficult to capture in only a few paragraphs the essence of who I am and what kind of person I am looking for, but I’ll try! One line might be: “progressive with old-fashioned family values seeks same”! I love an adventure, spontaneity, and I am very physically active. I like to surround myself with intelligent and thought provoking conversations and friends of all ages and walks of life who share the same values as I do. I enjoy being immersed in nature literally, not just looking at it; deep meaningful conversations with people that I love; a perfect day at the beach or a hidden spot in the woods; cultural, musical, and educational events; doing great things and fun things with like-minded friends; playing with children and dogs; singing and making music with others; cooking delicious vegetarian meals; volunteering and speaking up on issues that are important to me; creating things and growing things; a healthy lifestyle; and photography. Some interesting things about myself: I am an identical twin, I am vegan; I can’t tell you how many times I have been asked if I was a doctor or told that I should go to law school; I helped build a house when I was two years old (pictures to prove it); I lived in a tent on Martha’s Vineyard for months and I was "watched" in a hotel in Hollywood for a week. My friends could tell you a lot more! I am looking for an honest, conscientious, fun-loving, intelligent, open-minded, outgoing, spiritual, athletic, health conscious, family oriented individual who values communication, who can laugh through the hard times and not take the little things too seriously, and who holds at his core, a strong belief that it matters how one treats this planet and it’s inhabitants. Phew! I said it all, but did I scare you off? Really, I am just a gal with a heart of gold who is looking for a man with a heart of gold who shares the goals of building a strong relationship, a joyous future, and a healthy family. I hope that you are out there!
